I’m a personal career coach and tech enthusiast. For more than ten years, I’ve been a recruiter for Google, Randstad, and Robert Half. Using my experience, I helped hundreds of professionals stand out in today’s competitive job market. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with business analysts, IT professionals, and cybersecurity specialists, guiding them to secure roles in top companies.
Why Do I Do What I Do?
I’ve seen a lot of talented individuals go unnoticed by recruiters only because they don’t know how to craft a narrative for themselves. Many don’t realize how crucial it is to present their career story. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to showcase their skills and experiences confidently. So I want candidates to have a fair shot at success by applying modern recruitment hacks.
My Journey
I began my career as a Senior Business Analyst. I led multi-million-dollar projects and optimized business processes for Google. But what intrigued me most was understanding how talent is sourced and hired. I’ve been collaborating with HR teams for years, and I gained insight into recruitment processes and identified gaps. That’s when I got serious about career coaching and resume optimization.

My Education
I hold a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from the University of Memphis and am currently pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts in Cognitive Psychology at Harvard University. My background in psychology, combined with my technical skills in data analytics and business processes, gives me a unique perspective on how to craft compelling career narratives.

My Philosophy
My philosophy in life is to live, let live, and love. It’s because I cherish living in the present. As humans, we all go through some forms of hardships and suffering. So I made it a mission to limit some of the suffering from people and animals. Every step I take is driven by this one single goal, which is to limit suffering. On a personal note, I want to become a chess master and open my own vegan restaurant chain.
